Senior Associate

Peter Michaels is a Senior Associate for Halstatt Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2017, Peter held roles in the residential real estate market in Florida including investment, property management, and sales. In his role as Associate, Peter supports the firm’s Principals in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of commercial real estate assets across Florida. Additionally, he directs ongoing reporting to Halstatt’s existing institutional investors and coordinates the marketing and financial documentation utilized for outreach to potential new investors. Originally from Gainesville, FL, Peter earned his BS in Business Management and MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Locally, he serves as an officer for both the David Lawrence Center Young Executives and Young Professionals of Naples.
